Cookie notice
5 strictly necessary cookies, 1 cookie that stores your consent, and nothing optional runs before you accept it.
On this page
The short version
Review Integration sets strictly necessary cookies by default. Strictly necessary storage needs no consent under the ePrivacy Directive and the Dutch Telecommunicatiewet. Anything beyond that, such as analytics or marketing tags, only runs after you accept it in our cookie banner, and the banner only appears on pages where such a tag is present. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link.
What we set
| Name | What it is for | How long |
|---|---|---|
| rc_session | Keeps you signed in. httpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, so it is unreadable to scripts and is not sent from another site. | Until you sign out or the session expires |
| ra_locale | The language you picked, so the app opens in it next time. | 1 year |
| ra_locale_policy | Remembers that your workspace fixed the language for everyone in it, so the app stops asking. | 1 year |
| ra_dismissed | Which of the app’s explanatory banners you closed, so we stop showing you the ones you have already read. It holds our own short labels and nothing about you. | 1 year |
| ra_landing | Which home screen this browser last used, so the bare address opens the right one. It selects a destination and authorizes nothing. | 30 days |
| ra_consent | Your answer in the cookie banner (analytics yes or no, marketing yes or no), a random id and the date, so we do not ask again and only run what you allowed. It is set only after you choose. | 180 days |
The app also uses your browser’s local storage for preferences that never leave your device: the light or dark theme, your saved inbox views, and which panels you collapsed. Local storage is not a cookie and is never sent to us.
Analytics and advertising
We count requests in our own server logs, which hold an IP address, a browser user agent and a path for 90 days, and those logs set nothing in your browser.
Analytics and marketing tags are optional and grouped in 2 categories, Analytics and Marketing. A tag in a category you did not accept never runs: it sits in the page inert, as markup the browser has parsed but not executed, and nothing in it reaches the network. Google tags also receive your choice through Google Consent Mode, with everything denied until you accept. When we add a tool, this page names it.
When you answer the banner, we keep a record of the answer: the random id from the ra_consent cookie, the site, your choice per category, the banner version and the time. It holds no IP address and no browser details, and we keep it for 3 years to be able to show what you agreed to.
Code added by an agency
An agency on the white-label plan can add its own snippet to the pages its clients see, such as a support widget or its own analytics. Those snippets are theirs, not ours, and their own notice governs them.
When the agency turns on cookie consent, its snippets wait for your answer in the cookie banner in the same way: each snippet belongs to the Analytics or the Marketing category and runs only after you accept that category. A snippet the agency marks as running before consent, such as its own consent tool, runs straight away.
Your controls
Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies from its settings. Blocking ours signs you out and keeps you out: the session cookie is how the app knows it is still you, so the product does not work without it.
Clearing site data removes the language and home-screen preferences too. Nothing is lost by that. The app sets them again the next time you choose.
To change or withdraw your cookie choice, use the Cookie settings link or button on the page. Withdrawing reloads the page, because a tag that already ran cannot be stopped mid-visit.
Changes and contact
If this list changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it, and anything beyond strictly necessary storage waits for your answer in the cookie banner before it is set.
